A: Drawings are always helpful; however, many clients don’t have them at the beginning of the process.
A: The BTU needed depends on the size of the burner and the size of the fire feature. It ranges from 75K to 300K. Higher BTUs = more heat output and a larger flame.
A: Our standard round features are rated between 150K and 300K BTUs based on size. We’ve built large custom features over 1 million BTUs.
A:You can use a propage tank on our Nomad model and a 24″-sized fixed assembly. Anything larger and you’ll need a dedicated line or a larger source of propane from at least a 100-lb cylinder.
A: Depends on client preference and any applicable code requirements based on the type of project. We can help once we understand a bit about the project.
A: Varies based on our production queue. However, 2-4 weeks for more standard builds, up to 8 weeks on custom projects, are generally safe estimates.
A: Yes, we can easily accommodate both fuel sources.
A: Yes, we’ve installed many features on wood and composite decking for example. We provide an industry approved “deck kit” for these applications.
